      • CORRECTED:Evidence sent to PHI from Helbert showing that the planters have been repainted and are not longer shedding paint chips onto the pool deck. OUSTANDING:Evidence also shows that a rope has been woven into the floatation ring. PHI explained that a long rope should be secured to the floatation ring so that the ring can be tossed out to a bather and pulled back to safety.Previously:The round floatation device does not have a rope attached to it, preventing it from being thrown out to a bather and pulled back. Please secure a rope to the floatation device.

      • 1) Planters on the pool deck are degrading, exposing unfinished wood and shedding paint chips onto the deck. Please refinish the planters so that they are easy to clean and are not shedding paint and debris onto the pool deck. Alternatively, the planters can be relocated.2) The round floatation device does not have a rope attached to it, preventing it from being thrown out to a bather and pulled back. Please secure a rope to the floatation device.
