      • CORRECTED:Evidence sent to PHI from Helbert showing that the planters have been repainted and are not longer shedding paint chips onto the pool deck. OUSTANDING:Evidence also shows that a rope has been woven into the floatation ring. PHI explained that a long rope should be secured to the floatation ring so that the ring can be tossed out to a bather and pulled back to safety.Previously:The round floatation device does not have a rope attached to it, preventing it from being thrown out to a bather and pulled back. Please secure a rope to the floatation device.

Alternatively, the planters can be relocated.2) The round floatation device does not have a rope attached to it, preventing it from being thrown out to a bather and pulled back. Please secure a rope to the floatation device.
