- a) Some old mice droppings were noted in the closet located under sinks and one on the prep counter in the kitchen.b) There was significant gap noted at the bottom of front main door and gaps at the bottom of kitchen door and door of another room opening in the kitchen.c) No pest control records were maintained.Requirement:a) Clean and disinfect the affected areas.b) Rinse prep counter with potable water after disinfecting.e) Keep kitchen doors closed all the time. d) Store all items off the floor.e) Seal all entry points for pests.f) Maintain adequate pest control records
