      • Room # 4: A shelf under a water table was damaged and dirty. Liner was detaching from the shelf. - Repair the shelf so it is moisture resistant and easy to clean.

      • Room #3: A foot operated garbage bin was not working and staff had to open the bin by touching the lid after handwashing. - Repair or replace the damaged garbage bin to prevent contamination of hands.
