- No soap and paper towels for handwashing at the handwash sink. Provide soap and paper towels for handwashing.

- 1) Hair was found on the combs submerged in barbicide. Clean the combs before putting into barbicide2) Lashes were found on the towel on top of the lash service table. Clean and disinfect the service table after each client.3) Stains were found on the lash room chair.Clean and disinfect after each client.4) Tweezers were submerged in Low-level disinfectant, PREempt RTU instead of high-level disinfectant in the lash service room. Use high-level disinfectant such as PREempt CS20 or HLD5 and follow use direction.
