- 1) PREempt HLD5 in the disinfectant container failed the test strips test.The PREempt HLD5 and PREempt CS20 test strips expired 2024.2) Operator was not testing and recording the disinfectant daily.1 to 2) Test and record the disinfectant daily. Discard disinfectant when it doesn't meet Previous Inspection:Preempt CS20 concentration was not adequately being monitored with suitable test strips and no daily test being recorded.-Please procure appropriate test strips to daily monitor the high-level disinfectant's concentration and record the test result daily.Preempt wash/RTU used to disinfect the pedicure basin was expired since 2017.-Please procure new bottle of Preempt RTU and do not use expired product to ensure product efficacy.
