Operator does not have a device to measure the required amount of Barbicide and water for proper dilution. The manufacturer instructions on the label state to mix 62.5 ml of Barbicide in 1 liter of water. (This is equivalent to 2 ounces of Barbicide in 32 ounces of water, or 1/4 of a cup of Barbicide in 4 cups of water)Corrective Action:- Ensure you are following the manufacturer's instructions of this disinfectant.- Ensure you have a device to measure the correct volume of Barbicide and water for mixing.
