      • A mechanical glass dishwasher using a chlorine sanitizer is required to meet the following perameters:100ppm. The glass dishwasher requires maintenance to ensure proper chemical sanitizing. Manual sanitizing of equipment and dishware is required until the dishwasher fixed. Ensure chlorine test strips are on site to test the glass dishwasher.
