Holy cow, what a wicked little grocery store in OK Falls! Friendly staff, diverse selection, great local produce, reasonable prices, what more do you need?

I generally only shop at Belich’s - AG Foods if I am in a pinch or to get the meat sales. This store is ridiculously expensive! And their prices on meat sales just went up even more with no explanation. In addition to being insanely overpriced, their scales are not accurate. I have been repeatedly overcharged for deli meats by 30-40%. While I have not experienced the following myself; a friend of mine told me that on two occasions she was rudely scolded into using the in-store baskets for shopping, even though she was only carrying one or two items. To be clear she was not putting the items into reusable shopping bags, just carrying the items in her hand. Perhaps management should consider sanitizing the basket handles if they insist people use them. Additionally, the staff should be coached on courtesy and politeness, customer service is key.

I just can’t believe people shop here. This store is just highway robbery and unorganized. If you go there for something on sale there is a good chance they don’t have it on the shelf, they have it in the store and will put out when they feel like it or when the sale is over. I recently wanted a dairy product that was on sale, I asked someone if there was any in the cooler, they looked and there was, but wouldn’t give me any. The next day the sale was over and there were lots to choose from. Produce is hit and miss, fruit is put out in the front window where it gets warm and then placed further in the store where it gets cold at night causing the fruit to rot from temperature change. As of this writing there is a case lot sale, some good prices, but the items I was interested in, they didn’t have.

Yeah the prices are a bit high, but glad that there is a store back in Okanagan falls that has meat in it. I actually really had a hankering for watermelon, and this is what it looked like when I cut into it... oh and wowwww does it taste bad. Had to eat some onion to get rid of that taste on my tongue. Give em the benefit of the doubt though, just have to keep your eyes on the prices, because, yeah some are a bit over the top.

I wanted to share a quick update about a recent policy change at the store. In an effort to reduce shoplifting and keep prices low for everyone, the store has implemented a no-backpack or shopping bag policy inside the store. This means customers are kindly asked not to bring backpacks or personal shopping bags while shopping. No need to worry—hand baskets and carts are provided at the entrance for your convenience. If you're asked to leave your backpack or shopping bag at the front or keep it in your cart, please know this policy is applied fairly and equally to everyone. It’s not about profiling or singling anyone out—it’s simply a step toward maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all. The staff has been respectful and helpful in explaining the change, and I appreciate their positive approach as we all adjust. Let’s continue to support our local store and each other as we shop!

I like coming here on breaks, but they don't seem to carry any zero sugar pop, aside from 2L bottles.

Excellent grocery store, went in for a few ingredients and was surprised at how lovely it was inside. The chicken we bought tasted amazing. Definitely going back next time I am in town.

Thumb on the scale? Bought some blueberries, weighed in at 0.970KG. Out of curiosity I weighed them when I got home and it was actually only 0.716KG, overcharging me by 35% (plus the container). Double checked my scale and it is accurate.

I've never been to this grocery store before. I just walked through to see what they had and was pleasantly surprised at the selections of meats and the produce. I went back a couple of times to get the freshly picked and locally sourced asparagus.

Great store , super friendly staff , they have absolutely everything you want and prices are higher on some products but beats having to pay for gas to go to elsewhere.

We're grateful to have this place, so let's keep supporting it. They work hard at trying to incentivize as well as a small business can. They always do their best to get us out of there in reasonable time. They bring a lot of grocery experience and know how to run things.

I can't say enough good things about the owner Kyle Belich, he went above and beyond to help me get groceries to a sick family member as we live out of town. Such wonderful customer service and we will definitely shop here when we visit OK Falls! I wish I could give 10 stars! Thank you Kyle!!

First time trying the new OK Falls store. Prices seemed normal for a store in a small market area. Good selection. The 11.99 milk comments by people were looking at the Organic milk. Similarly the complaint regarding Walmart pricing on loss leaders is hardly fair. Most other stores are only slightly cheaper on similar products.

Great selection, reasonable prices. I know someone mentioned 11.99 for milk, but they clearly were looking at the organic milk, so not really comparing apples to apples. Pricing is very comparable, and cheaper than driving to Penticton, even if you are doing a bigger shop.

They have: lots of selection in this small space, good prices, a butcher, fresh local produce, friendly staff. You can shop for groceries or grab lunch items for a picnic on the beach down the street. We live in Oliver, but shop here.

Good prices for a smaller store. Specialty is their meat..butcher on site. Very handy is small town with limited access to groceries in town. I'm sure the summer tourists will love it
