      • Observation(s): • The open cooler with the sandwiches were holding foods above 4 degrees C. The plastic screen was pulled down to keep the cold air in by the staff member. • Coffee creamers must be stored in a refrigerator or have less creamers out with more ice packs to keep them at a temperature of 4 degrees C or colder.
