- F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
- Observation(s): -Water was draining slowly at the hand washing basin. Please look into the issue. -Water facet was covered with scales, please clean and ensure water basin are maintained in sanitary condition to prevent cross contamination while washing hands. -General sanitation is good in the premises, more attention needed at the dough making area. Please ensure to clean and sanitize the dough mixer before and after each use. Clean and sanitize the fridge and counter surfaces that is splattered with flour to help maintain sanitary condition in the premises.

- Observation(s): Chest freezer was stored in the staff washroom, close to the toilet. This may create cross contamination. No food to be stored in that freezer. Freezer should be removed from the washroom and place in a suitable location to support food safety if used.
