    • 08. Is hand hygiene performed by the personal services worker when required, in a proper manner and are provisions available to perform hand hygiene?
      • No paper towels dispenser was available in the washroom. Please provide.
    • 12. Are personal services workers at the facility maintaining client records and where applicable, sterility documentation corresponding to that client?
      • Sterility assurance documentation for sterile equipment was not retained with the clients' records. Ensure that sterility assurance documentation for all critical equipment used during services is retained with clients' forms.
    • 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Large juice box and creamer requiring refrigeration were observed in the fridge. No thermometer to confirm the fridge temperature was available, and no Food Permit was available. If food requiring refrigeration is provided, ensure that the fridge is supplies with a thermometer and apply for the Food Handling Permit.2. Re-usable cups were provided to serve coffee/juice, and no acceptable dishwasher was available (i.e. dishwasher available onsite did not have a sanitizing cycle and was not NSF-certified). Provide single-use cups and discontinue use of re-usable cups or install an approved dishwasher.
