If food requiring refrigeration is provided, ensure that the fridge is supplies with a thermometer and apply for the Food Handling Permit.2. Re-usable cups were provided to serve coffee/juice, and no acceptable dishwasher was available (i.e. dishwasher available onsite did not have a sanitizing cycle and was not NSF-certified). Provide single-use cups and discontinue use of re-usable cups or install an approved dishwasher.
