A fabulous overnight stay. We came up from Vancouver for a little getaway and to see the Wells Gray Falls.|The front desk staff were super accommodating and friendly. We had booked a room with two beds by accident and they kindly changed it to a king bed suite. |The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is still fairly new (maybe 5 years), so the rooms have been well taken care of. Our room had a wet bar, fridge, microwave, and keurig coffee machine. Which came in handy as there is a Buy Low grocery store across the road.|We used the pool and hot tub, which were also very well taken care of. Bonus, we had both to ourselves.|Breakfast was included in our stay and was a basic hotel breakfast. Two types of eggs, hashbrowns and bacon. There was an assortment of bread items, fruit, cereal, and yogurts. Juice bar, coffee, and tea.|We would definitely stay again.

Modern and clean hotel. Splendid condition complimentary breakfast. Great location for driving to the waterfalls. Two good restaurants close by.

Warm & concise We had an excellent experience at breakfast. The buffet was fresh, well stocked, and had a great variety. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It was a wonderful start to our day. Thank you to the breakfast team for such a great experience. Robin was absolutely amazing helping guest with anything they required to make them happy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 team & breakfast 💕

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children) had a lovely stay at the Best Western Plus. I initially spoke to Stacie who was an absolute pleasure to speak to. Not only was she professional but also very honest and friendly. That being said, I do want to say that all staff are very friendly, courteous and profesional. Our room was very clean, and my biggest fear whenever going to a hotel is the cleanliness since I am a bit of a clean freak myself. Rest assured, you are in good hands here! Rooms are modern and spacious enough to have an ejoyable stay. We had breakfast included and It was really delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my time here, even though it was a short stay. We will return in the summer and this will be our place to stay in the future when coming to Clearwater.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Clearwater on the way to Edmonton from Vancouver. Stayed in 1 bedroom suite, which was very spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet, despite the parking lot being very full. Quiet guests or good soundproofing. Either way, we slept well. Small pantry store at front desk has a few things, but a bit expensive. Worth it for late night snack, but better to bring your own if you think ahead. Will stay again!

My family and I were traveling for their grandmothers memorial not for the long weekend. The day before we checked in there was nothing about the pool being closed. Day of, there was. I had picked the Best Western for the pool as a reward for my tired and emotional children after losing their grandmother. Upon arrival I was told that the pool was closed and the only discount that could be given for the missing amenity was $20. I paid almost $300 for no pool amd disappointed kids. I could have stayed elsewhere for much less for a bed.

Pool of course was closed with different excuses from front desk staff, as pool was closed so they do not have to deal with kids in it from our hockey tournament. TVs were down and not working, showers do not have soap or shampoo shelves so you have to hold onto it while on the shower. Staff said it’s how they were designed without, however you can see where they were previously installed, now removed. Staff were insisting they never had them. Staff were following people around scoffing while cleaning up snow and water from people’s boots coming into the lobby yet had no substantial boot brushes, carpets or places to brush off footwear. Only our first day here and DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone who wants to relax. Support another establishment !!!

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Removed a star due to the pool and hot tub being closed due to a health ordinance, something about not having proper approvals to be operating. We chose this hotel for the hot tub, and were not told upon check in that it was closed. Everything else was great. Staff was friendly, and rooms were clean.
