      • Anti-entrapment plan was not available for review during the inspection. Pool has two main drains which are greater than 26 inches (66 cm) apart. Drain covers appear to be ANSI/APSP-16 2011 compliant (unconfirmed). Covers appear to be installed correctly and looks to be in good condition.Please assess entrapment risk for the pool and record information in the form of a written anti-entrapment plan. Information regarding creation of a written anti-entrapment plan was provided during inspection. The AHS document "Anti-Entrapment Compliance Plan for Public Swimming Pools" was provided as well as the associated appendices. Documents were reviewed with the pool operator.
