      • The facility is not submitting regular samples. In the last two months, only 3 samples have been submitted. Microbiological samples MUST be collected on a weekly basis.A water sample was collected by the inspector during the inspection.

      • The combined chlorine level was measured to be 1.00 ppm, which is on the high side. For bather comfort, it is recommended to keep the combined chlorine level as low as possible (below 1.0 ppm).
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The flow meter for the whirlpool was not operational at the time of the inspection. Please repair/replace the flow meter. Ensure that the flow meter is operational at all times.

      • The west main drain in the whirlpool was cracked along the corners where the screws secure it in place and a few pieces of the grate had broken off. The pool operator indicated that they would close the whirlpool in order to remove/replace the cover. Please replace the broken main drain cover.July 29/25: The broken drain cover was still in place with new pieces broken off. A Closure Order was given for the hot tub and will remain in place until the new drain cover is installed. Please ensure the hot tub is closed to the public.
