      • There was a piece of tile missing along the edge of the main drain cover. Where the tile was attached there was now an opening along the bottom of the cover for the drain which could cause suction/entrapment issues. This was pointed out to the operator who was able to fashion a piece of hard foam into the size and shape of the missing tile. This was then wedged into the space as a temporary fix until the tile could be reattached. The operator indicated that this could be repaired fully by Friday. A reinspection will take place then.
