- Ants were seen in two of the house serving kitchens.-Please determine the source of the ants and eliminate.

- 1. One cupboard by the dishwasher in the Club 36 kitchen is damaged and no longer cleanable.-Please refinish the surface of the cupboard so it is impervious to moisture and easy to clean.2. The wall is in disrepair under the paper towel dispenser by the sink in House 3/4 serving kitchen.-Please refinish the wall so it is impervious to moisture and easy to clean.3. Baseboard is missing in the pantry of House 3/4 and dirt is accumulating.-Please clean and replace the baseboard in the pantry.

The serving kitchens in all houses as well as club 36 had debris build up in drawers, cupboards, in the pantry, lids of garbage containers, and on the floor along baseboard and in corners.-Please thoroughly clean the kitchens on a more frequent basis.2. Resident tables and chairs in the dining rooms in all houses had some food debris build up.-Please thoroughly clean all tables and chairs. Incorporate frequent cleaning in the cleaning checklist.3. Items such as used paper towels, empty milk jugs and containers were stored under some of the sinks in the serving kitchens and club 36 kitchen.-Clean and organize cupboards in the kitchens.
