      • Please paint/seal the cupboard door on the handwash sink. It was observed to be unfinished wood. Surfaces need to be smooth and impervious to moisture to facilitate easy cleaning.

    • 02. Is all food in this facility from an approved source and/or properly labelled?
      • As discussed, if you will be repackaging inspected eggs then please place them into a container that can be washed and sanitized. Graded eggs are not permitted to be stored in old egg cartons. At the time of inspection, I observed a flat of 24 inspected eggs covered with plastic and I observed 2 cartons of 12 eggs both in containers past their expiry date.
