- Kitchen requires a thorough cleaning throughout. I recommend a cleaning list for renters and custodial staff to ensure things like the garbage can etc is not left unclean (observed a bunch of insects in the bottom of the garbage as it appears something leaked).Please install a proper light switch cover (main floor kitchen). The raw wood shelving needs to be impervious to moisture to facilitate easy cleaning i.e. painted.Please let me know when these items have been corrected and I will update your report.The ventilation hood sticker indicates that cleaning is required and it appears as if the canopy is missing a cover? Further investigation may be required.

- The ice machine in the upstairs kitchen is on a wood frame. No raw wood is allowed in a kitchen. Recommend painting the wood and perhaps a piece of linoleum or something similar for under the ice-machine to facilitate easy cleaning would work well.
