     • *One of egg chair was not in good repair. Some of the strings were damaged/ broken. Please make sure it is repair properly.*Two of the tall shelves were not secured. Please make sure they are properly secured to prevent any injuries. *Dust and debris built up in the shelves and containers. Please make sure cleaning and sanitation of the surfaces are completed. *Some of the paper building blocks were not in good repair. Please make sure any damaged play equipment are removed and discontinue play equipment which cannot be cleaned and sanitized.
