      • Hand sink between coffee station and juice dispensing was posing cross-contamination, water was spraying to the sides during the handwashing process.Please make sure protective barrier is installed to the hand sink to prevent the contamination.

      • Open Veg wash pouch was stored in the chemical storage area with the sealed one. Veg wash pouches are labelled as one time use only, staff was explained to use it only once and discard the rest of the product if not finished to avoid any cross contamination and effective use of product.

      • Temperature of the food products in the prep refrigerator recorded as 8.4C, while the refrigerator was set at below 4C. The operator was advised to replace big metal trays with the smaller one to help with the flow of cold air. Refrigerator was not overcrowded.

      • Ice scoops holder need cleaning: Ice scoops are stored outside in the holder but had some dust accumulation there.* Please keep the ice scoops holder clean and free from dust to avoid any contamination.
