      • - Surface sanitizer spray bottle was empty at the time of inspection. Staff noted it was all used up.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Staff made fresh solution at the time of inspection and measured at 100 ppm chlorine.
      • - Ensure surface sanitizer is freshly made every day or as needed.
      • - Use the chlorine test strips to monitor the sanitizer concentration.
