- No sanitizer was detected at the chemical dishwasher. Please ensure that the dishwasher is operating properly. Maintain chlorine concentration at 100 ppm.The 2-compartment sink will mainly be used for washing and sanitizing food prep utensils and equipment. Bleach and detergent were available.Utensils can also be cleaned in the dishwasher and then sanitized in one sink.

- Weatherstripping was missing from the back garage door, allowing light to come through. Please ensure all openings are properly sealed to prevent the entry of pests. Photos were later received showing the opening had been sealed.
