      • Chlorine test strips could not be located during the inspection. Please obtain chlorine test strips to verify sanitizer concentration.
    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Soiled cloths were stored on a table near food prep/handling area. Operator indicated that the cloths are not used for cleaning surfaces. Please ensure that all soiled/contaminated cloths are stored in a separate area/bucket. The cloths were removed from the area during the inspection.
    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Coolers were equipped with internal monitoring thermometers, except the walk-in cooler. Please install an internal thermometer to monitor and verify temperatures.

      • A buildup of grime is observed on the light switch in the mop sink room. Ensure that the indicated area is cleaned and sanitized to help prevent cross-contamination.
