- The QUAT sanitizer dispenser was not dispensing consistent concentrations (0-100 ppm). Several sanitizer solutions were measured at 0 ppm.Ensure the QUAT sanitizer dispenser is functioning properly and that the QUAT concentration is maintained at 200 ppm at all times. The sanitizer solutions were being replaced during the inspection, and photos were later received through email showing the dispenser had been fixed and a 200-ppm concentration achieved.

- Please ensure that QUAT sanitizer solutions are maintained at 200 ppm and are tested regularly using QUAT sanitizer test strips. Education was provided.

- A few coolers were missing internal monitoring thermometers. Please ensure all coolers are equipped with thermometers for temperature monitoring and verification. Photos were later received showing the units with thermometers installed.
