- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Previous fly light control device that was installed on back wall in the store has been removed and a new fly light control device has been purchased by Beaver County and installed by the operator on outside wall between the two washrooms which is acceptable.Noted that there is a front and back door for the store component and would recommend the installation of either a screen door and/or fly curtains to prevent the entry of flies into the store. This is particularly important for patrons who enter into the store through the front door and do not close the door after entering.FINDINGS ON MAY 15, 2025:Observed velcro strips around the perimeter of the inside front door (to the store) but no magnetic fly screen/netting.Please install magnetic fly screen to the velcro and have this task completed by tomorrow (May 16, 2025).
