- 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
- Valid food Grade sanitizer and test strips to verify its concentration were not available at the time of inspection.Discussed the requirements of the food grade sanitizer with the facility manager.Resource will be provided to mix an approved sanitizing solution.Make sure to send the pictures of test strips and food grade sanitizer once available.

- Functional thermometers were not available in the Fridge to monitor the temperature.Make sure that all refrigerators have thermometers to check the temperature.
- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- It was noted during the inspection that it took 3 cycles for the dishwasher to reach the temperature of 71 degrees C.Note: Chlorine was also connected to the dishwasher, but it was ineffective due to degradation over time.Discussed with manager to either replace ineffective chlorine solution with new one and measure/verify the chlorine concentration.or monitor the dishwasher temperature at plate level to reach at-least 71 degrees C for effective sanitization.

- Pest control records were not maintained.Pest control checklist will be shared. Make sure to maintain the pest control records on monthly basis.
