      • 1) Nail prep solution was from Japan and didn't have an English label nor did it have a DIN.-obtain a product with a DIN

      • 1) There were no test strips available for disinfectant.-obtain test strips to measure disinfectant concentration2) No logs were available for disinfectant monitoring.

      • A linen cloth/liner was used in the work station. -remove the cloth and ensure all surfaces are smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easily washable.
