      • Flooding in three studios. Remove wet drywall and insulation 1 foot above flood line. Remove wet laminate and replace. Any wet vinyl must be dried and can be placed back if it is not damaged. Please advise restoration personal that there is a concerns with pigeon feces on the balcony which has now leaked into the studio.

      • Jay Jax Tattoo: 1. 2. The sterility information (lot number and the expiry date) of the pre-purchased sterile equipment (cartridges) is not being kept with that client's records.
