      • The bar mechanical dishwashers using iodine was tested and found within the acceptable range (12.5 ppm).The kitchen mechanical dishwasher uses chlorine; initial testing did not show adequate levels, however after priming and adjusting the chemical line, the sanitizer level was re-tested and found to be within acceptable range (50 ppm).Ensure chemical lines are properly maintained and primed to consistently achieve effective sanitizer concentrations.

      • Water was observed under the shelf in the walk-in cooler.Ensure the source is identified and corrected, and the area is kept clean and dry in accordance with sanitation requirements.

      • No Iodine test strips were available for the bar glassware washer. Staff obtained test strips and confirmed the iodine concentration was at adequate levels.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Please post a valid Food Handling Permit at the front of the facility where is it visible for all patrons to view.
