      • Unable to locate drain plugs for the two-compartment sink. ACTION REQUIRED: obtain drain plugs. Note: high-temperature dishwasher was not turned on at the time of inspection - to be monitored at the re-inspection.

      • Staff were unable to operate the dishwasher during the inspection. As a result, the sanitizing temperature could not be measured, and water was observed leaking during the attempted operation. Ensure the dishwasher is in proper working condition and capable of sanitizing.
