- Several paints in the toddler and preschool rooms were labeled for ages 3 plus and 5 plus, making them inappropriate for use with younger children. Please ensure that all paint products used in the program are age‑appropriate. The operator removed the identified paints during the inspection.

- An expired alcohol hand sanitizer was observed in the first aid kit in the OSC room. Ensure first aid kits are checked for inventory and that any expired items are replaced with non-expired items. The operator replaced the indicated item during the inspection.

- The paint on the personal storage cubbies was observed to be wearing in several rooms. Ensure the indicated surfaces are re-finished to be smooth and easy to clean.

- One dead cockroach was observed in the infant room on the floor behind the high chairs.Ensure pest control measures are taken to help eliminate pest activity in the facility.

- In the preschool room, a stack of single use paper towels was observed stored inside a plastic container along with toys and a single use glove, creating a risk of contamination. Ensure all single use paper towels are kept in a suitable dispenser and maintained free from contamination. The operator removed the identified paper towels and glove during the inspection.

- Antiseptic wipes were missing in the first aid kit. Please ensure that all first aid kits are adequately supplied. This was corrected during the visit.

- Extra cleaning will need to be complete for serval bins for toy storage. Debris and dried up playdough were observed.Microwave was noted to be rusted and hard to clean (in the baby room). Ensure all equipment is in good repair.

- Baby room hand washing water temperature was measured with a probe thermometer and observed to be 53 C. Water temperature at faucet level will need to be adjust to safe temperatures.

- 1. Push-in pins were used in children's areas in the Kinder room. Please remove. 2. Some art supplies were not age appropriate and some had warning labels not to be used by children in the Baby room. It was addressed during the inspection.
