- Observation(s): It was alleged that children were permitted to attend the facility with pinkeye. Staff and Manager confirmed that children have attended without confirmation that the pinkeye had been treated. The illness policy was missing clear guidelines for staff to assess when a child can return to care. This contravention is considered as corrected as prior to the completion of this report, a revised illness policy was sent to families and reviewed with all staff.
