- Acrylic and non age-appropriate craft materials were noted in some classrooms.-Please remove the indicated materials and review all craft materials in all classrooms, ensure they are age appropriate and suitable for each classroom.

- First aid kits throughout the facility were not adequately stocked. No CPR face mask was available on site. *UPDATE*Staff advised that First aid kit including CPR has been ordered.

- Toddler 1: Top layer of diapering mat was peeling off, with inner foam material showing, which is not easily cleanable. Please repair or replace the diapering mat. **Please ensure diapering mat surface is smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.

- 1. Push pins were in the walls of every classroomRemove the push pins and only use sticky tack or tape to hang items. 2. Plunger, mop and toilet brushes were in the childrens bathroom's throughout the facilityRemove and store cleaning items away from child access.

- Toddler 1: Changing table had additional diapering products on changing mat. Ensure that changing mat is a dedicated surface. No storage of additional items can occur on this surface.

- 1. Pre-K and Kindergarten: Shared bathroom right hand stall flooring had holes from previous structure. Repair holes in the flooring so that the surface is smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable.2. Kindergarten: Stickers on floor were lifting and are not easily cleanable. Remove stickers so that the floor is smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable.

- 1. Toddler 1 and 2: Bathroom soap dispenser is broken. Soap was being collected from the top of the dispenser. Repair dispenser or replace. 2. Toddler 1 and 2: handwashing sink was not equipped with soap and paper towel. Soap and paper towel was restocked during inspection.

- First aid kits throughout the facility were not adequately stocked. No CPR face mask was available on site. Stock first aid kids according to CSA Type 2 First aid kit requirements.

- 1. Toy cleaning and disinfection procedure was not well established in the facility. Create and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule for all toys in the facility. Including the 3 step process to conduct the cleaning and disinfection (1. Wash with soap and water, 2. rinse, 3. disinfect with 100ppm bleach)2. Toy bins throughout the facility had visible build up of dust and debris. Include toy bins in weekly cleaning and disinfection schedule. 3. No mouthed toy bin was available in the infant room. Mouthed toy bin was placed in infant room during inspection.

- Toddler 1: Educator handwashing sink in main room was not adequately draining. Fix drainage in indicated handwashing sink.

- 1. Kindergarten room: Exit door to outdoor play area does not have an adequate seal. A large gap was at the top of the door allowing pests and cold air into the facility. Fix indicated door. 2. Pre-k room: Exit door to outdoor play area had gaps in the seal.Fix indicated door to prevent pest entry.

- Pre-k and Kindergarten washroom: Toilet paper holder in the left-hand stall was broken. Fix toilet paper holder so that toilet paper is stored in a hygienic manner.

- Staff did not wash child's hands after diapering before child returned to play. Review diapering procedure with all staff.

- 1. Several hand sinks throughout the facility had bar soap. Ensure a hands free soap dispenser is used to prevent potential cross contamination of bar soap to other hands. 2. The hand sink in the toddler room was blocked by a water table. CDI.
