- Yes (corrected during inspection) - note that the hand-wash basin in the main front food prep area must be accessible and available at all times, as at the time of inspection, this sink was being used as a drying apparatus for food equipment. All staff are to ensure the hand-wash basin is accessible and well supplied with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.
