Discussed that even when not open, if food handling was happening, the sanitizer was to be set up and used. Sanitizer buckets were made and placed in the food handling areas during the inspection.

      • ***there were chipped dishes present in the ready to be used dishes. They were removed and discarded during the inspection. Ensure the dishes are checked either before dishwashing or before being put away to ensure that they are in good repair and free from cracks and chips.
