      • The dishwasher is not sanitizing adequately. The maximum temperature reached at the dish level was 51C (first testing) 54C (second testing).Please ensure the following:- repair the dishwasher to ensure it is sanitizing adequately (71C at the dish level). - ensure the dishwasher is tested every day and the sanitizing temperature is met. Until the dishwasher is repaired, please perform 3 sink manual dishwashing method to clean/sanitize dishes and toys.

      • 1) The wall by the garbage can was damaged with the drywall showing.-repair any damaged walls and ensure all surfaces are smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easily washable. If this area is frequently damaged by the garbage can, consider installing a more durable surface like FRP, stainless steel, plexiglass, etc.
