      • 1) Large chair in the Eagles room is wearing and in poor condition. - Please replace the chair, ensure all equipment is in good condition and can be easily cleaned.2) Hand sanitizer being used was expired. - Please ensure all chemicals used for cleaning and disinfection are within their expiry dates. 3) Soap and water spray bottle was unlabeled. Label was added at this time. - Please ensure all cleaning products used are properly labelled.
