      • Water sample taken on December 2, 2024 had a plate count of 140cfu/ml. Treat whirlpool to remove contamination. Resample.

      • No flow rate was able to be determined as the flow meter was not functional. - Repair or replace the flow meter to ensure adequate filtration and turnover rates are being met.
