      • The square plastic container of chlorine in the equipment room is not labelled as to its contents. Please label.
    • 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • No sanitation plan was available onsite. - Create a sanitation plan specifying how often areas of the pool and the pool deck and cleaned and with what products.

      • No information about temperature of the whirlpools and pools was on the signage posted in the pool area.- Add a line to the signs about the maximum temperature of the whirlpools and the swimming pool (I.e., "The temperature of this whirlpool is 40C")No information about depth of the whirlpools was visible on the signage. There was also no information reminding patrons not to dive into the whirlpools. - Add lines to the signage stating the depth of the whirlpool and no diving.

      • Observed a patron drinking an alcoholic beverage in one of the whirlpools. - Ensure food and beverages are not consumed in any of the basins and only in a dedicated area of the pool deck. Recommend adding signage stating where the designated food and beverage consumption area is.
    • 10. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • 1) No observation about water clarity was being recorded on the daily recording logs. - Add a column to the logs about water clarity.

      • 1) No sanitation plan was available onsite. - Create a sanitation plan specifying how often areas of the pool and the pool deck and cleaned and with what products. 2) Jet drain covers were replaced in May for both whirlpools.- Update the anti-entrapment plans to indicate the new expiry date of the covers
