The potable water container for the temporary hand wash sink was almost empty and the temporary hand wash station was not set up.Refill the potable water container for the temporary hand wash sink. Ensure the temporary hand wash station is set up and ready for use at all times.Previous inspection:Sampling of product was conducted using gloved hands to portion tortilla chips for dipping. This level of food handling would require a temporary hand wash sink to be available within the booth, which was not observed at the time of inspection. Set up a temporary hand wash sink in the booth whenever food handling is being conducted. The use of tongs instead of gloved hands for handling samples is highly recommended.
