What these findings mean

Health authorities word their violations differently, so we group them by what they mean for food safety. Higher-risk findings are the ones inspectors treat as critical, because they can directly make someone sick.

  • Food temperature controlHigher risk

Bacteria multiply fastest between about 4 °C and 60 °C (40 °F to 140 °F). Inspectors check that cold food stays cold, hot food stays hot, cooked food is cooled quickly, and that staff have accurate thermometers. Temperature problems are one of the most common causes of food poisoning, so these are treated as critical findings.

Recorded 2 times on September 25, 2026. For example: Critical Inadequate Cooling & Refrigerated Storage of Potentially Hazardous Food(s)

  • Food safety training and certificationLower risk

Most jurisdictions require a certified food handler or manager on site, and some require allergen or food-worker training. These findings mean the paperwork or the trained person was missing at the time. They do not by themselves mean food was handled unsafely.

Recorded once on September 25, 2026. For example: Poor Hygiene and Activities of Food Handlers

  • Other findingsLower risk

Findings that do not fit the categories above, such as follow-ups that confirm an earlier violation was corrected, or requirements specific to this type of facility.

Recorded 3 times across 2 separate inspections, most recently on September 25, 2026. For example: Operations and Maintenance/Other

  1. Routine

    5 infractions

    • Critical Inadequate Cooling & Refrigerated Storage of Potentially Hazardous Food(s)
      • Cooked hamburgers stored at room temperature in covered containers. Temperature of the meat patties was 38C. This is a high risk violation that could potentially result in foodborne illness.
      • During the inspection, burgers moved into a refrigerator, after removing container lids. Operator should obtain hot holding units, such as crock pots to hold cooked burgers hot until sold. A mobile food truck refrigeration unit is not suitable for cooling hot foods.
    • Critical Inadequate Cooling & Refrigerated Storage of Potentially Hazardous Food(s)
      • Hot dogs and cheese curds at room temperature.
      • Cheese curds and hot dogs are potentially hazardous foods that must be kept refrigerated.
    • Poor Hygiene and Activities of Food Handlers
      • Hand wash sink obstructed with miscellaneous items. Operator could not have washed hands in the sink since beginning food prep. Wearing gloves is NOT a substitute for good hand hygiene.
