      • Enhance cleaning of frequently touched surfaces (fridge handles) and under equipment (front and blizzard area). Remove equipment that is not in use. Hand wash station in blizzard area to be available and equipped with liquid soap and paper towels - relocate garbage.
      • Comments Cold holding temperatures meet health requirements. Food contact surface sanitizer is QUATs at 200ppm test strips available onsite. New grill in place, staff prepared and temperature checked burgers with a probe thermometer at the time of inspection. Hand sink equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
