      • Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution was mixed and stored in a sanitizing pail. Sanitizing cloths were observed being stored inside the pail of solution when not in use.QT-10 test strip was used to measure and verify that the solution had a concentration of 100 ppm. The solution was discarded and remade by staff upon request and verified to be at 200 ppm.
