      • In the utility room, there is a shelf for dry food storage, it is bare wood, as well as the walls.Please have the bare wood walls and shelf unit painted to seal the wood and make it easier to clean.

      • PREVIOUSLY - The public washroom has a toilet, sink and an openable window.As this is a public washroom it must be equipped with mechanical exhaust ventilation.Sept 10, 2025 - operator has been looking for a plumber to complete this work, but to no avail.PHI suggested that a general carpenter could also do this type of work.
