The Restriction on the Food Handling Permit is to use disposable dishes and utensils. The facility can either install another sink (to then have a three compartment sink for proper manual dishwashing) or have a COMMERCIAL dishwasher installed, otherwise you are limited to using disposable dishes and utensils.
