      • Water testing to be completed. Please complete as soon as possible.Hot and cold water was present.A food grade hose will be used for fresh water tank and green garden hose was for grey water tank.

      • Prep cooler was turned on just before inspection and was at 29C during inspection. Unit was equipped with thermometer. Will come back to verify temperature. No other cold holding units were present. Discussed hot holding, cold holding, cooling, etc with operators.
    • 14. Does the mobile food vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • Water testing to be completed. Please submit it annually and before the operating season (ie. Mar-May).Hot and cold water was present.A food grade hose will be used for fresh water tank and green garden hose was for grey water tank.
