- No - a. poor lighting was observed in the kitchen and rear food prep and storage areas, with some fluorescent light tubes non-functional and others missing (note: light fixtures must be in full operation to ensure adequate lighting for safe food handling and staff health and safety). Yes - c. several scoops without handles, including a paper portion cup, in the dry food storage bins have been removed and replaced with utensil scoops with handles made of washable and durable material (e.g., stainless steel or food-grade plastic).
