- You will be e-mailed an invoice. Follow the instructions on the invoice on how to pay. Once payment is received, you will be e-mailed the Food Handling Permit. Print this off and post it in an area visible to customers.

- 02. Is all food in this facility from an approved source and/or properly labelled?
- -List of food suppliers was not available. You must provide a list of food suppliers for review to verify foods are from approved sources.-Many re-packaged foods in bags and containers were not labelled. All the above foods must be labelled with the name of your business, contact information and they type of food.
- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- -No chlorine test strips available. You must obtain chlorine test strips that are able to measure between 0-100 ppm concentration chlorine. Once obtained, you must use these to regularly check bleach sanitizer to ensure the chlorine concentration is at a minimum of 100 ppm.
- 15. Is the facility free of a pest infestation?
- -There were numerous cockroaches observed in all areas, such as on the walls, on large food containers, in the washroom, in the kitchen, in the overhead receiving door room with the large industrial mixer, etc. Additional controls must be implemented in order to reduce the number of cockroaches. Ecopest report and invoice was available. Regular visits and controls must be conducted. It was indicated another spray was being conducted by Ecopest on Dec 19, 2023.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- -There were holes in the baseboard in the back staff kitchen as well as in the bottom right corner of the overhead garage style receiving door. These holes must be sealed to prevent pest access. -There were dead cockroaches in the clear holders for the tissue paper rolls above the grocery store area. These were removed and cleaned during the inspection.
