      • Unlabeled bags of foods were observed in the kitchen freezer, Infant B and Infant C rooms fridges. It was addressed during the inspection. Ensure that all foods have appropriate labels.

      • Fridge temperature was measured 8C (measured after food delivery). It was addressed during the inspection - temperature measured later was 4.2C.

      • No paper towels were available in the paper towel dispenser. It was addressed during the inspection.
